Account deletion

Public page for Levelzzz users and app stores

You can delete the account yourself, from the app or from the website. The action is irreversible, progress cannot be restored once confirmed.

How to delete

Sign in and open Profile.
Choose «Delete account» and read the list of consequences.
Confirm your identity with a password or a recent Google sign-in, then confirm the deletion.

If you cannot sign in, write to us from the address the account is registered to.

What gets deleted

Profile: callsign, display name, avatar, visibility settings.
Goals, tasks, weekly contracts and completion history.
Level, experience, rank, streaks and achievements.
Crystals, in-game shop purchases and cosmetics.
Guild membership, season and league participation, boss damage history.
Device tokens for notifications and every scheduled notification.

What stays and why

Events in the guild feed stay without an author. That is the squad's shared history, we cannot erase it entirely, but the link to you is cut.
Invitations you created keep working. They belong to the guild, not to the account.
Payment records are kept by the payment provider under its own tax accounting rules. Details are in the privacy policy.

Timing

The deletion runs immediately after confirmation. Retention periods for backups and service logs are described in the privacy policy.

Subscription

A subscription bought on the website is cancelled automatically during deletion. If the cancellation fails, the app says so directly and the subscription has to be cancelled manually.

A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play cannot be cancelled by us. That is done in the store's own subscription settings, before or after the account is deleted.

Guild

If you lead a guild, ownership passes to another member automatically. If nobody is left in the guild, it is deleted together with the account.
